- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The absolute worst customer service ever. Dr Kooistra needs to take a second look at his staff. How dare they hang up on anyone! Nikki along with other staff need to reevaluate their position and understand that they WORK there. They do not own the practice. They are poorly representing the Doctor.
